Questions movers ask before a first survey

How is this different from a video call survey?

A video call needs your estimator and your customer free at the same time, and a missed call means rescheduling. With MoveVision the customer records when it suits them, and your estimator starts from a drafted inventory with each line linked to the video instead of taking notes live.

What if the video misses something?

Your estimator reviews every line before a quote goes out and adds or corrects anything missed. Each line opens the moment in the video it came from, so checking a line means watching one moment instead of the whole clip.

Will my customers actually do it?

They open a link in their phone’s browser with your company’s name and logo on it. There is no app and no account, and they can record one room at a time, whenever suits them.

What does joining commit me to?
